Meet Kelly
This program is hosted by Kelly C. Mullen, owner of Whole-Self Wisdom.
Whether it's through shamanic healing, Reiki, somatic and transformational coaching, or Trauma & Tension Release Exercise (TRE), Kelly creates and holds spaces for people to connect to their whole-selves (mind, body, spirit, heart) so they can experience relief from exhaustion, reveal their calling, and make empowered decisions to express their creative potential with confidence.
In addition, she brings her 20+ years of experience in corporate training and development to guide participants through a program that makes the most of their time, while doing it in a way that feels safe, sacred, and nourishing.
