As owner of Whole-Self Wisdom, Kelly C. Mullen is passionate about supporting individuals who want to reclaim their vital energy.

Whether it’s through 1-1 coaching/energy healing, or facilitating group experiences, she holds a space for them to experience relief from frustrating physical symptoms, including fatigue, heal energetic blocks, and gain the confidence needed express their true selves so they can live a life that they love. 

Urszula Bunting is a yoga teacher, health and wellness coach, and brain longevity specialist.

Whether it's through  her yoga classes, retreats, or individual coaching, she applies her knowledge and experience in lifestyle medicine, mind-body medicine, yoga, and Ayurveda to inspire and guide individuals and communities to live their full potential.

The Fall Equinox Retreat

Join us for a day of restful and playful experiences, nourishing self-care and healing, and fulfilling connections (to self, the earth, and each other) to rejuvenate your body and nervous system so you can be true to you and your deepest desires.

Welcome, Introductions, Check-In & Intentions

10:00 AM. Arrive, select a nourishing tea, and get yourself settled in the Circle.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga to Enhance Mindfulness

11:00 AM.  Whether you're new to yoga or seeking a revitalizing experience, this class invites you to move with intention, reconnect with your body, and nurture your well-being and will prepare you for an insightful shamanic journey. Urszula Bunting has been teaching yoga since 2011 and creates a sequence of slow, mindful movements with breathwork to deepen your awareness, flexibility, and strength.

Shamanic Journeying with Cacao to envision your bright future

12:15 PM. Following the grounded and mindful gentle vinyasa practice, this immersive experience begins with the ceremonial drinking of cacao, known for its heart-opening properties (Please do not partake if pregnant, or breastfeeding). Kelly C. Mullen has been practicing shamanism since 2015, and mentored by the work of Katherine Wood, Sandra Ingerman, and Betsy Bergstrom, among others. This guided journeying will support you in connecting with your future self to experience, and inquire about, the environments, relationships, and experiences that feel most loving and empowering to you so you align your decisions with your highest potential.

Guided “Land Listening” walk to calm the nervous system and receive supportive messages from your Inner Wisdom

2:00 PM. After a nourishing, catered lunch, this guided walk is intended to partner with Nature and engage your senses so you can receive inspiration from your inner wisdom.

Through storytelling and invitations to participate in a set of experiences, you'll learn how you can regulate your nervous system and BE the change you want to see in the world. 

Restorative Yoga to promote relaxation and integrate the day's experiences

4:15 PM. Following the guided walk, you'll have an opportunity to experience deep relaxation and healing. This gentle practice focuses on long-held, supported poses that allow you to release tension, and restore balance to your body.  

Whole-Self Wisdom Check-In & Closing

5:15 - 6:00 PM. We'll close the retreat with an opportunity to journal about your experience and apply an empowering mind-body tool that you can use anytime you are experiencing tension, overwhelm, anxiety, etc. 

Want to extend your retreat experience?

Optional dinner—The retreat will end around 6:00 PM on Saturday; however, we will make a reservation in a local restaurant for a relaxing dinner for anyone who wants to hang out with us and the retreat participants a bit longer. Please let us know if you are interested.

Sleeping accommodations: For your convenience, there are several hotels within a 5-minute drive, including one right in the heart of Niwot. If you're coming from out of town, feel free to ask us for recommendations.

Things to do in the area—Colorado is gorgeous this time of year, and Niwot is the cutest town you have ever seen (we may be biased). Consider coming for the retreat and staying longer in Colorado to enjoy the foliage, hikes, bike trails, fantastic food in nearby towns, and perfect weather for any outdoor activities. Please let us help you find what you are looking for.
